Lead-to-Revenue · Agent-Ready Infrastructure

Make your site agent-ready.

VijayaTech Labs adds WebMCP tools to the quote, consult, and intake forms you already run. Agent runtimes submit through the same validation and CRM path as a human. We do not rebuild the website.

WebMCP tools run when the visitor uses an agent runtime that can call page tools (Chrome WebMCP testing, Gemini in Chrome, and other site-tool agents). ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity can cite this page from search. A citation is not a booking.

The Evolution

Search → Citation → Action

AI assistants can already research your business. Agent-ready is the next step: an agent that can call page tools can finish the form. Search citation alone cannot.

01

SEO: Search & Index

Search engines index your pages. A human buyer still has to navigate, read, and type the form.

02

AEO: Citation & Answers

ChatGPT and Perplexity can cite your brand and prices. That citation does not complete a booking.

03

WebMCP: Action when the runtime supports it

Your site exposes structured tools. An agent runtime that can call page tools submits quote, consult, or intake into your CRM.

On your site

Quote. Book. Intake. What we install on a client domain.

These three tools are the SKU. They are not registered on vijayatechlabs.com. This domain’s live demo tools are in the next section.

tool.request_quote

Request a Quote

Captures qualified lead fields (service, location, budget) and validates them before the same CRM path a human form uses.

Agent calls tool → schema validates → CRM lead created
tool.book_consult

Book a Consultation

Default: submit a consult request through your existing form and CRM. If Cal.com (or your scheduler) is already live, we can bind the tool to the same slot rules a human uses.

Agent submits request → CRM stage updates → your existing alerts fire
tool.submit_intake

Submit Client Intake

Structured intake for clinics, legal, real estate, or home services. The agent fills the schema you already validate.

Agent submits data → validation passes → pipeline advances
Architecture

The agent does not get a side door.

We bind structured tools to your existing forms and endpoints. Client validation still runs. The server validates again. The submission uses the same router, CRM, and alerts you already trust. There is no separate agent database.

Live on this domain

This domain exposes two demo tools, not the client SKU.

On vijayatechlabs.com an agent can call book_blueprint and request_audit. Those tools live on the form pages below. They are how we take work. They are not Request Quote, Book Consult, or Submit Intake.

To test: open the form page in Chrome, enable chrome://flags/#enable-webmcp-testing, and use the Model Context Tool Inspector to call the tool. The lead uses the same /api/form-submit path as the on-page form.

Free audit

Send a page URL. We email a report in 48 hours.

This is not an instant WebMCP score. A raw fetch cannot see JavaScript registerTool() calls. We inspect the live page, draft a punch list, and email you and our team. Hermes can draft later. v1 is reviewed before send.

  1. 01

Do you have a quote, booking, or intake form that already creates a CRM row?

We bind tools to that form. We do not rebuild the site.

  2. 02

Does that form post to Zoho, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or a webhook you control?

The agent must hit the same endpoint as a human.

  3. 03

Does a human submit already trigger the team alert you trust (email, WhatsApp, or CRM task)?

The agent uses that path. It does not get a side door.

  4. 04

Can a staff member complete the form on a phone in under two minutes?

If the human form is unclear, the tool schema will be unclear too.

  5. 05

Is Cal.com or another scheduler already live for consults? (optional)

If yes, Book a Consultation can follow live slot rules. If no, the tool submits a consult request through the form.

Prefer the quote, booking, or intake page — not only the homepage.
Fixed-scope investment

Transparent, predictable pricing.

New automation work still starts with an Automation Blueprint ($1,500). Agent-ready is an add-on for a site that already has a live form-to-CRM path. If that path is not mapped, we start with a Blueprint.

SETUP Recommended
Setup & Wiring
$2,000–$3,000 one-time
First 2–3 tools on your primary domain
Best for: clinics, HVAC, law firms, med spas, real estate
  • First tools on your domain: Request Quote, Book Consult, Submit Intake
  • Machine-readable WebMCP declarations on existing forms
  • registerTool() for multi-step or dynamic JavaScript flows
  • Wired into your existing CRM webhook path
  • End-to-end check: agent submit lands in the same CRM row as a human
  • 5–7 business days from kickoff
MONITOR
Monitoring & Retainer
$300–$600 /mo
Discovery tests, spec updates, conversion counts
For sites that already have live tools
  • Tool discovery tests after CMS and form edits
  • Browser standard and WebMCP spec updates
  • Monthly conversion count: tool calls vs CRM rows vs alerts
  • Priority triage if an AI agent cannot complete the flow
  • Sits as a line item under Automation Partner when you already retain us

$2,000 covers two tools on existing HTML forms with a live CRM webhook. $3,000 covers three tools, or multi-step JavaScript forms that need registerTool(). $300/mo is discovery tests plus a monthly conversion count (tool call vs CRM row). $600/mo adds spec and browser updates plus priority triage if an agent cannot complete the flow.

If the form-to-CRM path is not mapped yet, start with a $1,500 Automation Blueprint.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on agent readiness.

Do you rebuild the website?

No. On WordPress, Webflow, Astro, and most existing sites, we add machine-readable WebMCP tool declarations to your current forms. For multi-step or dynamic JavaScript flows, we register structured tool schemas with document.modelContext so agents can interact without breaking your existing validation. Your human-facing design and forms remain unchanged.

Where does the lead go?

Into the exact pipeline you already run: Form → AI router → Zoho, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel → Cal.com / WhatsApp. The agent does not get a side door or a separate database. If a human lead creates a CRM contact and triggers a WhatsApp notification, so does the agent.

What tools do you install on a client site vs on this domain?

On a client site we typically install Request Quote (tool.request_quote), Book Consultation (tool.book_consult), and Submit Intake (tool.submit_intake). Those names are the client SKU. On vijayatechlabs.com the live demo tools are Book Blueprint (tool.book_blueprint) on /book-blueprint/ and Request Audit (tool.request_audit) on /contact/. An agent calling this domain will not find request_quote.

Can ChatGPT or Perplexity complete a booking after you install this?

Not from ordinary search citation. ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity can cite this page. Tools run only when the visitor is in an agent runtime that calls page tools (Chrome WebMCP testing, Gemini in Chrome, and other site-tool agents). We verify the install in that class of runtime. We do not claim that AI search will transact on its own.

How long does the setup take?

Typically 5 to 7 business days from kickoff to live deployment and an end-to-end check that an agent submit creates the same CRM row as a human form submit.

Is this a new product or platform?

No. It is an infrastructure add-on on top of VijayaTech Labs Lead-to-Revenue and Custom Systems. Setup is $2,000–$3,000 for the first 2–3 tools on one domain, then an optional $300–$600/mo monitoring retainer. New automation work still starts with an Automation Blueprint ($1,500). Agent-ready is for sites that already have a mapped form-to-CRM path.

What moves the price inside each range?

$2,000 covers two tools on existing HTML forms with a live CRM webhook. $3,000 covers three tools, or multi-step JavaScript forms that need registerTool(). $300/mo is discovery tests plus a monthly conversion count. $600/mo adds spec and browser updates plus priority triage.

Can I see it working on this site?

Yes. This site exposes live tools for Book Blueprint (/book-blueprint/) and Request Audit (/contact/). In a WebMCP-capable browser or agent runtime, an assistant can complete those two flows into our CRM pipeline. Use chrome://flags/#enable-webmcp-testing and the Model Context Tool Inspector to call the tools on those pages.

Do you offer a public scanner that scores my URL?

No instant score. Paste your page URL and work email in the audit form on this page. We inspect the live page (forms, schema, robots/llms.txt, and whether tools can be declared) and email you a short report within 48 hours, with a copy to our team. A raw HTML fetch cannot see JavaScript registerTool() calls, so we do not auto-score the URL in your browser.

Next steps

Request an audit if your forms already create CRM rows.

We wire WebMCP tools onto those forms. If the path is not mapped, start with a Blueprint.
