2. What Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

  • Submit a contact, audit, or lead-generation form (name, business email, company name, website, Google Business Profile link, notes).
  • Book a strategy or blueprint call (name, email, business context).
  • Subscribe to a paid plan via Razorpay (payment is handled entirely by Razorpay — we do not store card data).
  • Message us on WhatsApp or email.

We also collect standard server and analytics logs (IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, referral source) when you use our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver services: process audit requests, build and operate automation systems you commission.
  • To communicate: respond to enquiries, send project updates, and deliver requested reports.
  • To improve the website: understand which pages are useful and fix technical issues.
  • For legitimate marketing: if you have engaged with us or explicitly opted in, we may send relevant service updates. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

  • Pabbly Connect — our automation middleware. Form submissions are forwarded to a Pabbly webhook for routing and workflow processing.
  • Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and edge delivery. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your conversation is subject to Meta's privacy terms.
  • Google — if we perform a reputation audit on your behalf, we access publicly available data on Google Maps/Business. We do not store Google account credentials.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (UK / EU)

For contacts in the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR / GDPR:

  • Contract: processing necessary to deliver a service you have requested.
  • Legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries, running the website, and B2B outreach to professional contacts who have a plausible interest in our services.
  • Consent: where you have explicitly agreed (e.g., audit form consent checkbox).

6. Data Retention

We retain contact and project data for as long as the business relationship is active and for up to 3 years thereafter for legitimate business and accounting purposes. Analytics logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies required for analytics and performance. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any content.

8. Your Rights

Our servers and third-party processors may be located outside your country. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data internationally. Where UK/EU data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable.
