1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VijayaTech Labs website (vijayatechlabs.com) and any services you purchase or request from us. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

VijayaTech Labs is a trading name of ViswaVardhan Vyapara OPC Private Limited, registered in India (DPIIT-recognised). Registered address: #28, MIES Villas, NH-44, Ananthapuramu, Andhra Pradesh, India — 515002.

2. Services

We provide AI automation, reputation management, lead generation, and operations systems for service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined per engagement through a Blueprint Audit or written agreement prior to project commencement.

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

3. Productized Subscriptions

Certain services (e.g., Reputation Management Automation) are offered as monthly subscriptions starting at the price displayed on the relevant service page. By subscribing:

• You authorise recurring monthly charges via Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial-month refunds are issued unless there is a service failure on our part.

4. Blueprint Audit

The Automation Blueprint Audit is a one-time paid scoping engagement. Payment confirms the booking. The deliverable is a structured written audit and system specification. The Blueprint fee is not refundable once the audit session has been conducted.

5. Free Audits

Free reputation audits and other no-cost assessments we offer are provided at our discretion and do not create a contractual obligation on either side. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or discontinue free audit availability at any time.

6. Payment

All prices are displayed in USD (with INR estimates where shown). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store payment card details. In the event of a billing dispute, contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — copy, design, code, and graphics — is owned by VijayaTech Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Automation systems we build on your behalf, once fully paid for, become your property for operational use. Underlying frameworks, templates, and proprietary methodologies remain ours.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
• Ensure you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to access platforms and accounts on your behalf (e.g., Google Business Profile, social media).
• Not use our services for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited bulk communications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VijayaTech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or website — including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that automation systems will achieve specific business outcomes (e.g., a particular star rating or conversion rate). Results depend on factors outside our control.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India. For clients in the UK or EU, mandatory local consumer-protection rights are not affected by this clause.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
