The Challenge: Dual-Brand Fragmentation

Mobile Pay Systems operated two primary brands: one targeting enterprise B2B clients, and another targeting retail merchants. Both generated leads through different Facebook Ad accounts, but the leads ultimately fed into the same underlying sales team.

The initial setup was entirely manual. Sales reps had to download CSVs from Facebook, check which brand the lead belonged to, manually import them into a spreadsheet, and then attempt to call them.

The Solution: Automated Lead Routing

  1. Instant Capture: When a lead submits a form, n8n instantly captures the payload.
  2. Brand Tagging: A Code node inspects the form_id and tags the lead as “Brand A” or “Brand B”.
  3. CRM Upsert: The lead is automatically inserted into Zoho CRM, triggering an instant WhatsApp notification to the assigned sales rep.
